Metro Releases Prelim Concepts for Public Feedback on Service Improvements

The public is encouraged to provide feedback on the preliminary concepts and suggest other ideas through an online survey. The survey, available in English and Spanish, will be open through January 6, at www.wmata.com/BOSstudy.
SmarTrip™ Giveaway: Survey respondents may enter to win one of three $50 SmartTrip™ cards in a drawing to be held once the survey closes.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend one of four open houses throughout the region. During the open houses, project staff will offer a presentation providing an overview of the study and alternatives. The public will be able to speak with the project team, ask questions, and provide feedback in-person and via online survey. The presentation will be provided at 5 p.m. and again at 6:30 p.m.to accommodate participants arriving at different times.
